My background is broad, which means I can move between strategy and implementation. The reason I like digital marketing is that it quickly reveals friction. Search data shows what people want, CTR shows whether the message is compelling and whether the page or offer is doing its job. CRM performance shows whether leads are being followed up properly and analytics often show where teams are guessing instead of deciding.
Website, blog and SEO is now the single highest-ROI channel for B2B marketers, and around 92% plan to hold or grow that investment. The channel works — the constraint is usually having someone senior to run it.

I especially enjoy working with companies where marketing cannot sit in a silo. Many performance issues are not caused by one channel alone. A Google Ads campaign may struggle because the landing page is weak, while SEO may underperform because content is too generic or not matching the search intent. Likewise, a CRM flow may fail because the message does not match the user’s original intent. A report may show numbers but not what to do next.
Content-led marketing generates roughly 3× the leads of outbound at about 62% less cost — but only when SEO, content, CRM and the website are pulling in the same direction.
Connecting those pieces is where most performance is won or lost. It's also where I spend most of my time.

When and how do you work?
I work in CET/CEST with flexible hours, so aligning with teams across Europe (and often other time zones) is rarely a problem. Most work is remote, with occasional onsite within the EU when it genuinely helps. I work in Swedish, Norwegian and English.
