Senior digital marketing support on a contractor basis. I plan and execute campaigns, manage content and newsletters, improve your website and keep the reporting honest. One experienced person instead of a full-time hire or an agency retainer.

What this service is

Ongoing freelance digital marketing, from a fixed monthly setup to part-time contractor work. I move between strategy and hands-on execution: I can plan the quarter, write and publish the content, review the campaigns and report on the results.

This is for you if:

  • Marketing tasks pile up and nobody clearly owns them
  • You need senior judgment but cannot justify a full-time role yet
  • Your website, ads, email and analytics are handled by different people who rarely talk
  • You want one contractor who can execute, not just recommend

When to hire me: when marketing is running on ad hoc effort, when a marketing hire is 6 to 12 months away but the work exists now, or when you need cover for a lead going on leave.

What I can help with

  • Campaign planning and execution across channels
  • Content production and CMS work in WordPress, Ghost, Shopify and similar
  • Newsletters and lifecycle email
  • Google Ads reviews and paid media coordination, including LinkedIn and Meta
  • Landing pages and website optimisation
  • Analytics, reporting and performance follow-up in GA4
  • Localisation for Swedish, Norwegian and English
  • Coordinating agencies, freelancers and the sales team

Want to know if your task list fits this setup? Send it over.

Typical deliverables

  • A monthly plan with priorities agreed up front
  • Published campaigns, pages and content, not just briefs
  • A newsletter program running on schedule
  • A reporting setup that shows what worked and what to change
  • A tidy backlog your next hire can take over

How I work

We start with a short call and a look at your current marketing. Then we agree a monthly scope or weekly hours. I work remotely, join your tools and channels, and report progress in plain language. You can scale hours up or down as needs change.

Relevant experience

I have over 15 years in digital marketing and sales, including 10 years freelancing. At Ecoclime I was responsible for all strategic and operational marketing as a freelance marketing manager: SEO content, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, newsletters, web and press releases, coordinated with the sales team. At Otovo I managed marketing for Sweden and Norway. At Electronic Arts I worked on lifecycle content strategy, and at VASS I ran landing pages and email campaigns in Salesforce. I am used to being the one marketing person who has to make everything work together.

Example setups:

  • Fractional marketing manager for a B2B company at 2 days per week
  • Monthly content, newsletter and reporting support alongside an internal team
  • Interim cover while a company recruits its first marketing hire

Pricing

  • Monthly support: from €1,000/month
  • Hourly consulting: €75–110/hr
  • Part-time contractor setup: quoted on weekly hours and responsibilities

The €1,000 starting level suits a focused monthly scope, for example content plus newsletter plus reporting. Broader ownership is quoted on hours.

Common questions
What does the €1,000/month starting level include?

A defined monthly scope we agree in advance, typically one focused area like content and newsletter plus reporting. Broader ownership is quoted on weekly hours and responsibility.

When and how do you work?

I work in CET/CEST with flexible hours, mostly remote, with occasional onsite within the EU when it actually helps. I work in Swedish, Norwegian and English, so aligning with Nordic and European teams is rarely a problem.

Can you run marketing on your own?

For small companies, yes. That is what I did at Ecoclime as freelance marketing manager: strategy, content, ads, newsletters and web in one role. For larger teams I usually fill a specific senior gap.

How long do we commit for?

Month to month. If it does not work, you stop. Most clients stay because the work compounds: better content, cleaner reporting and fewer loose ends each month.

Can this include SEO, CRM or video work?

Yes. SEO & SEM, sales & CRM and media production are separate services, but they combine naturally into one monthly setup.
