Sales Management & CRM Development
I help companies turn their CRM into something sales actually uses. Pipeline structure, lead handling, workflows and reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, Upsales and similar tools. Practical setup work, not another admin layer.
What this service is
Freelance support for sales operations and CRM development. I sit between marketing and sales: I make sure leads arrive with useful information, get followed up consistently, and show up in reporting that both teams trust.
This is for you if:
- Leads come in but follow-up is inconsistent
- Sales says marketing leads are not good enough, and nobody can prove either way
- Your CRM data is messy, incomplete or ignored
- Deals stall and nobody sees it until the quarter is over
- You want CRM workflows set up by someone who has run campaigns and worked with sales teams, not just configured software
When to hire me: when you are setting up or switching CRM, when pipeline visibility is poor, or when marketing and sales report different numbers for the same thing.
What I can help with
- CRM setup, cleanup and structure in HubSpot, Salesforce or Upsales
- Pipeline stages, deal flow and follow-up rules
- Lead capture: forms, fields and campaign tagging that align with the CRM
- Lifecycle stages and marketing-to-sales handover
- Email flows for nurture, retention and winback
- Sales and marketing reporting that shows lead quality, not just volume
- Segmentation and using existing customer data properly
- Automations that reduce admin instead of adding it
Not sure where your setup is leaking? Start with a review.
Typical deliverables
- A CRM and lead management review with a ranked fix list
- A working pipeline structure with clear stages and owner rules
- Configured workflows, fields and automations
- Lifecycle email flows connected to CRM data
- A reporting setup both sales and marketing can agree on
How I work
Short intro call, then usually a fixed-price CRM and lead management review as the first step. From there: a one-off implementation project, hourly support, or ongoing monthly help. I work directly in your tools and document what I change.
Relevant experience
I have worked with CRM and lifecycle systems across most of my career. At Electronic Arts I worked in the Lifecycle Strategy team, including a long-running email lifecycle program for Battlefield 2042 built around acquisition, retention and churn prevention. At VASS I built landing pages and email campaigns in Salesforce Cloud, lifting click-through rates by over 30%. At Otovo I ran email deployment and A/B testing for two markets, and at a product launch project in Madrid I built a CRM from scratch with Airtable, Zapier and custom scripts. I have also worked hands-on with HubSpot and Upsales in freelance and in-house roles.
Example projects:
- HubSpot pipeline and lead handling cleanup for a small B2B sales team
- Lead scoring and campaign tagging so sales sees where leads come from
- Winback and retention email flows built on existing customer data
Pricing
- CRM or lead management review: from €750
- Hourly consulting: €75–110/hr
- Ongoing sales and marketing support: from €1,000/month
Scope depends on your CRM, data quality and how much implementation you want done. Fixed quote before we start.

Which CRM systems do you work with?
Mostly HubSpot, Salesforce and Upsales. I have also built lightweight setups in tools like Airtable. The structure behind the CRM matters more than the tool itself.
Can you help us choose or migrate CRM?
Yes, though I will often tell you a migration is not the first fix. Many CRM problems are about structure, fields and process, not the platform. A review usually settles that question quickly.
Do you advise, or build it yourself?
Both. I can review your setup and recommend, or build the workflows, fields, reports and email flows myself. A CRM and lead management review from €750 is the usual starting point.
Do you train our team?
Yes. Handover and short training sessions are part of implementation projects, so the setup keeps working after I leave instead of decaying into messy data again.
Is this only for big sales teams?
No. Most of my CRM work is for small and mid-sized teams where one person covers both marketing and sales operations and needs the systems to carry more of the load.
